• Service Period: Services will be provided for 3 weeks from the moment the application is approved.

2. Participation Criteria:


• Selection of Participants: Participation in the campaign will be determined by the Zenko Group team based on the project’s alignment with the campaign criteria. We reserve the right to decline participation without the need for explanation.
• Industry: Companies requiring call center services for customer support, sales, or inquiry processing.
• Project: The project must have clearly defined tasks that can be completed within 3 weeks.
• Technical Requirements: Availability of a CRM system or other necessary software.

3. Participation Procedure:


• Application Submission: Fill out an application on the official Zenko Group website or contact us to discuss your project.
• Application Review: Our team will review your application, and if the project meets our criteria, we will contact you to confirm participation.
• Trial Period: After the application is approved, two of our operators will work on your project for up to 6 hours a day for 3 weeks.
• Evaluation of Results: After the trial period, you decide whether to continue the collaboration. If you are not satisfied with the results, you have no financial obligations.

4. Guarantees:
