In 2016, a small 60-square-meter office welcomed its first 20 agents.
Over the past eight years, the office has become a hub of professionalism and efficiency, with more than 85 specialists working during peak hours. They deliver top-notch service for large-scale projects in key sectors such as banking, medical clinics, insurance companies, energy, and government initiatives.
Although we are bound by NDAs and cannot disclose client names, we can say this: our clients are brands everyone knows. For some of them, our team has been working for years, attracting new customers monthly, boosting revenue, and enhancing trust and loyalty among existing clients.
IMPRESSIVE ACHIEVEMENTS BY THE SUMY TEAM:
Speed: In just 8 working hours, the team launched an inbound project for an insurance company with 25 agents.
Scale: For a government project, the team handled 75,000 calls monthly with over 50 agents working from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Effectiveness: We activated over 104,000 credit products for a bank, demonstrating exceptional sales performance.
Consistency: Over 3 years, our agents completed more than 40 million calls for one bank project.
Quality: The client service level (SL) reached 90% within 20 seconds, exceeding the insurance client’s target of 80%.
